The room was clean and had a complete bathroom. the location was absolutely perfect, really close to both Amman and Jordan. the hotel was conveniently located 4 km from popular tourist spots like Clarehall Shopping Centre.

It was fairly clean, and the people were very kind and nice. Location: the hotel was just next door to Jordan, and Amman. It was relatively near Burger Makers, serving fast food. The services were terrific.

the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. Despite some staff members having limited English language skills, their customer service was excellent. the rooms were modern, clean, and had comfortable beds. There was ample space with a built-in wardrobe, as well as a water and tea/coffee station. the hotel also offered dry cleaning services at an extra charge. We were impressed with the hotel's quick response when there was a problem with our room, as they immediately changed it for us. the hotel's breakfast was good and varied, with both hot and cold food options available. the location of the hotel was convenient, close to the University of Jordan and within a 5-minute walk to a bus station.

This place is located in the middle of Jackson and my double room and bed were very comfortable, and it opened onto the street.

Great Location and Amenities

This place had a fantastic location, very close to major attractions and the downtown area. We loved that we were in the heart of the action. Our room even had a bidet - fancy! Plus, they had coffee/tea makers and a refrigerator available for our use. 🌟

One thing I really liked about the hotel was its beautiful decoration. The lobby and common areas were tastefully designed with elegant furniture and soft lighting. It created a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel comfortable during my stay. The hotel was also very accessible for senior people like myself. There were ramps and elevators available, making it easy to navigate around the hotel without any difficulties.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is that the staff could have been more attentive and respectful. Sometimes, the children working there seemed a bit preoccupied or indifferent, which made me feel a little neglected.

I loved the fact that the hotel had a restaurant and a garden. The table tennis was a fun addition, although I'm not exactly a pro. The tour desk and luggage storage were quite handy too. Oh, and the continental and halal breakfast options were a nice touch.

Oh, how I adored the cleanliness of the rooms, with their lovely carpet and hair-filled linens. Absolutely disgusting.
